Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, including:

• Separation, tearing, or fraying of fabric, stitching, or webbing

• Buckles that break or fail due to defects (excluding damage caused by people or pets)

Exclusions

The following are not covered under our lifetime warranty:

• Damage caused by chewing, destruction, or misuse

• Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or aging of materials

• Color fading over time

• Improper care or lack of maintenance

• Modifications, repairs, or customization performed by anyone outside Action Dog Gear LLC

• Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers

Items that have been chewed, destroyed, or used improperly are not eligible for replacement. Our gear is not designed for use with tie-outs. If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us and include clear photos so we can evaluate the issue.

Hardware Care Notice

Black-coated metal hardware is not intended for water exposure and requires additional care. Over time, the coating will naturally wear—this is considered normal use and is not covered by the lifetime warranty.

Important Notes

While we use premium materials and high-quality hardware, no dog gear is completely indestructible.

Due to international shipping costs, lifetime warranty coverage is currently limited to domestic orders only.
